Bruce Ash, President/CEO, is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management. The CPM designation is awarded to professional property managers who have distinguished themselves by their experience, education, and ethical conduct.
Bruce’s substantial training and fresh new approach to the challenges of asset management have made him a valuable asset to our firm. He is a 1975 graduate of the University of Arizona with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. Mr. Ash has served on the board of many local and national boards and is a community leader as a volunteer activist.

Michael Ash joined the company in 2008 and manages a portfolio that includes retail, commercial, medical and industrial properties, as well as several corporate owners associations.
Mike has always put an emphasis on customer service and takes pride in his ability to quickly find a solution to any situation that arises at a property. Mike is dedicated to his family, his business, and the Tucson community in general.

David Carroll
VP of Commercial Brokerage - Retail Properties

David Carroll is a Tucson native and has been in the commercial real estate market since 2000 with expertise in retail and investment property. Joining Paul Ash Commercial Real Estate as associate broker after 21 successful years at Romano Real Estate, he is looking forward to new relationships while still taking care of his longtime clients. David enjoys working primarily within the Tucson and Phoenix markets, representing property owners and tenant rep accounts. He has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker for several years due to closing over 800 transactions in excess of producing 350 million in consideration. He prides himself in being client centered while delivering results that exceed the expectation with each transaction. David believes in being intimately acquainted with each client, listening and providing an informative market analysis.
Newly empty nesters David and his wife, Tanya have been married for 26 years. They are proud parents to their three children Jonathan, Caroline, and Joshua. On the weekends, he enjoys spending time with the family and playing golf with his boys.

John Yarborough
VP of Commercial Brokerage – Office and Investment Properties

Although not a native, John has lived in Tucson since 1974. In 1990 he graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona while double majoring in Finance and Real Estate. After graduating, John began his commercial real estate career in Tucson and has focused on the leasing and sales of office, medical office, and retail buildings, both for owner/users and investors.
After 10 years in the business as a consistent top producer, John began working with David Carroll and quickly saw the benefits of working as a team in order to provide his clients with better service than he could offer on his own. John and David have now worked together for over 20 years and have completed over 1,400 transactions during that span. They have both been recognized as industry leaders in the office and retail sectors.
Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, hiking, spending time with his family, and his dogs. Additionally, John and his wife Joy are active with their church, where John frequently leads worship.

Kristen Steiner

Kristen Steiner was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. In 2023, she graduated from the University of Arizona where she earned both her BSBA in Accounting and Master of Accountancy – Audit.
She has been with Paul Ash since 2022 and is in the final stages of obtaining her CPA license. In her free time, Kristen enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending time with her best friend and fiancé, Connor.

Darci Rodriguez

Darci Rodriguez first joined the company in 2000 and has been involved in many aspects of property management for over 18 years. She began her career in conventional multifamily property management and later transitioned to the commercial side of property management. She currently manages a portfolio that includes retail, commercial, medical, industrial and several corporate owners associations for both institutional and private owners. She has received several property management designations (ARM, COS, MORS) and became a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2004. Originally from the Midwest, Darci moved to Tucson at a very young age and considers herself a Tucson “Native”.
Natalie Bryerton

Natalie joined the Paul Ash team in 2020 and currently serves as the Office Director. She holds an AAS from Pima Community College where she studied Accounting. She is originally from North Carolina and moved to Tucson in 2001, when she started her career in the Title and Escrow field. She also has extensive experience within the insurance industry, having held licenses in both Property & Casualty, as well as Life & Health. Her wide range of skills and knowledge within these fields provide insight that is very useful within the property management industry. Outside of work Natalie is the proud mother of two daughters and one son. She enjoys spending her free time out on the lake paddle boarding and enjoying the mountains.

Michele joined the Paul Ash team in 2019 and is a daily assistant to the company’s CFO and property managers. She previously held positions within HOA, residential, and commercial management and in residential land development. Michele holds a BA from the University of California, Berkley and is a licensed real estate broker.

Paul Ash Commercial Real Estate (formerly Paul Ash Management Company, LLC) began as Nationwide Realty in 1965 when our founder Paul Ash (1930-2012) left a successful sales career as an appliance manufacturer’s representative to forge a new career in the real estate brokerage industry. When his focus shifted to development in the early 1970’s the firm became known as Paul Ash Investment Company. Over the next two decades the company focused on development and acquisition of multi-family, retail, and commercial properties primarily in Arizona, New Mexico and California.
Gradually, as the company took advantage of various acquisition opportunities the company became known as Paul Ash Management Company, LLC in 1995.
